To the clients of TAX HELP, INC.:

The three shareholders of TAX HELP, INC. have mutually decided to part ways. The TAX HELP, INC. as you knew it in the past, will no longer exist as of November 15, 2011. Two new businesses have emerged to make certain that all TAX HELP, INC. clients are properly served. Randy, Jay and Sherry have agreed to the following procedure:

As a client of TAX HELP, INC., you have the option of continuing to receive services from either of the two new businesses: Tax Solutions, LLC or Sherry Whah, EA & Associates, LLC. Or, you always have the option to choose neither.

If you desire to have your files and records transferred, please send us a letter at: P.O. Box 91416, Anchorage, AK 99509, or fax instructions to: (907) 561-4328. If you need your LaCerte program electronic data, Dan Ketchum at Alaska Business Networks will make an electronic copy. Please instruct us in your letter or fax whether you are requesting your LaCerte data.

We will assume that if we do not hear from your regarding this matter, that you are taking your business to the firm listed above in the left column.
